The staff’s patience during a difficult check-in really stood out, making a stressful start much better. The cozy breakfast area featured friendly service and a lovely selection of pastries that brightened my morning.

Simply no complaints, very pleasant stay. Ideal hotel in a great area just off restaurants, airport, shops. Magnificent location, immaculate studio suite with ac for a discounted and comfortable beds, as example.

Our stay here was perfect! The paper printing help from Kadeja made everything easier, and the bagged breakfast for my early flight was fantastic.

Cleanliness, comfortable, and the front desk clerk. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave were nice. As for the front desk clerk, she went out of her way to try and get us shuttled to the restaurant we were meeting friends but it was too far. So, she called a cab company and got the rate for us. Very pleasant lady and an asset to Hampton Inn.

The staff was great. The room setup with two queen beds was perfect for us.

In my wife's opinion, an indoor play area would be a fantastic addition for families with children.

Convenient on-site dining with a Longhorn restaurant right in the parking lot enhances mealtime options. The dog-friendly policy allows for a smooth travel experience with your pet without a lot of hassle.

The building feels a bit dated with noticeable signs of wear, particularly in the corridors. Guest room security leaves something to be desired, as doors don't fit tightly within their frames. The flooring and furnishings could use a refresh, as the carpet shows age and could use a deep clean.

Can't think of anything that I would improve on. There was remodeling going on in the reception area but it did not bother me. Was only there during check-in.

The food was great, the breakfast was free.

Couple getaway that's worth it

I stayed in a King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed and I was actually surprised by how clean and spacious the room was! The shower had this amazing adjustable head.

It wasn't the cheapest place, but overall still acceptable for what we got.

We had a 6 a.m. flight so had to leave the hotel at 4:30 a.m. thinking that we would miss breakfast. The person who checked us out gave us a paper bag with a breakfast to go and bottle of water. A nice surprise.
